Orders & Returns Policy

StyleTango Ordering Policy:
 
1. If you order today - your credit card bill will show StyleTango.

2. Online ordering is safe and secure as we use strong SSL Security through DigiCert.

3. Phone orders are not accepted

4. Orders ship 2 - 3 business days after the day you place your order or less + tracking number is provided.

5. All orders can only ship to the actual credit card billing address or the order will not process.

6. All orders must be signed for on receipt.

7. All credit card orders are either processed by Paypal or Stripe. Both are fully PCI compliant for your information safety.

8. Your order will ship from the actual fashion brand(s) directly and if return is necessary - it will be returned to them directly.

9. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

10. REFUSED SHIPMENT / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT - If you refuse your shipment, fail to accept or claim / retrieve (in event postal service is holding it for you) your shipment from Us / Our Fashion Brand Partners, we will refund the order value less the actual freight charges + a 15% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion based on circumstances. This applies to all refused orders, even those that went out with free shipping.


 
Return Policy:
 
All requests for item returns and refunds must be made to StyleTango in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods and we must receive the physical package back to us within 14 days from the time in which you receive the item(s).

Returnable / refundable items must be approved for return with a Returns Authority (RA) number that you will receive after filling out the RETURN NOTIFICATION FORM in your dashboard next to the order / item that you want to return. If you have multiple items going back to the same brand - be sure to initiate the return item procedure for each piece. 

The goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The good have not been worn, damaged, altered, stained (including make-up stains), dirty, washed or dry cleaned.

The Items are Free of Smell or Odor.

Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Shoes must be returned in the original box.

StyleTango will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We recommend using a reliable and traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. 

Swimwear, bodices and intimate apparel - all sales are final due to health reasons.

Once the item(s) have been received by us / Our Fashion Brand Partners, they will undergo review and once cleared, we can proceed with your refund. Refunds will be processed directly to the PayPal or Credit Card account used for purchase.

The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package. If an item comes back to us (meaning returned to the brand that shipped the item to you) because you did not sign for the delivery to accept the package - a 15% restocking fee may be applied. You will receive an refund minus restocking fee if applicable and any shipping cost that was charged or actually incurred in the event of a free shipping offer.

Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable


 

To Initiate a Return - log into your account. Hit the Return Button next to the item you want to return. The button will be in the Status Section in the box with the item you want to return. Click on the Blue Return Circle Icon.
